Refund policy

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Please review our full policy before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Important: This policy does not apply to our Made to Order products.

Made to Order Products

  • You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
  • After 4 hours, orders cannot be canceled and will only be eligible for returns if they arrive damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and received, we will process the exchange based on product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@harrisonandclark.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, please ship the item within 5 business days. Returns shipped after this period may be voided.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Protection

Customers who purchase shipping protection are eligible for one replacement or refund per order if the package is lost or damaged.

  • Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
  • Protection applies once per order, per customer.
  • To activate your shipping protection, you must submit proof of the issue before we can proceed.
