We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within eligible regions. Shipping fees and availability will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

If we encounter any issues (such as payment failure or incomplete address), our team will contact you via email before dispatching your order.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Total Delivery Time: 8–18 business days

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.

Harrison & Clark is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once the order has entered the fulfillment process.
